Shustoke Barns weddings are always EPIC. Great ambience and atmosphere (especially if you go for their candle light and fire pit options), a gorgeous courtyard, massive vaulted ceilings with beautiful beams, wonderful food and it’s only 20 minutes up the road for me!
The best bit though is the LIGHT! The ceremony takes place half way down the main barn which is bathed in the most wonderful natural daylight. Because the windowed doorway here is so massive the light is the softest, most flattering, gorgeous, perfect light to photograph in. And because the bride stands on the grooms left it means this beautiful light is always falling on her, check out the ceremony photos to see what I mean.
As well as all the above wedding venue epicness I also had the great pleasure of working (working is not the right word BTW, it’s more like me being paid to do my hobby!) with the two lovely humans that are Amy and Brad. What a couple, not only them but all their friends and family were so great to be around it makes my job (job is also not the right word!) so much easier. It honestly was such a happy occasion and I feel that comes across in the photos (having the right wedding photographer also helps!)
After sending the finished photos and showreel to Amy she left me the most wonderful review on my Google Business page and she also sent me this lovely personal email.
