Mallory Court Wedding
Mallory Court weddings are always a special occasion and it was no different for the wedding of Francesca and Jason. Taking place in late September it was an on off rainy sort of day but as Mallory has great interior spaces it wasn’t a problem at all.
I started at Mallory to get some of Francesca and her bride squad before heading to the church for the main event. I love that getting ready in the morning bit, or bride prep as we call it in the trade. It really is the storm before the calm!
The ceremony itself was at The Holy Family Church in Coventry. It’s got to be one of the biggest churches in the city, it’s absolutely massive! From there it was back to Mallory for the reception.
As part of my all-day package I include a little practice portrait shoot that helps couples feel more relaxed on their wedding day. You can see more about this on my Loved Up page. Francesca and Jason decided to have theirs at Mallory, it was probably about a month before their big day and it was the first time we’d met as the guys had booked me by email. I’ve included some of their pre wed shots to try to get across how fun I make these, oh and look out for the pigeon! A lot of couples say how much they like the naturalness and unposed style of my portraits but I’ll let you into a secret, my portraits are posed. I just make them look natural!
