“You’re not perfect sport, and let me save you the suspense, this girl you’ve met she’s not perfect either. But the question is whether or not you’re perfect for each other”?
Robin Williams in Good Will Hunting.
How do we book you?
Ohh I like it, straight in no messing! If you’d like to book just email me and I’ll send you the booking details and agreement. This agreement needs to be returned with a deposit of £350 to secure me for your date. Easy peasy.
A lot of your photos show really smiley couples enjoying themselves but we don’t like having our photo taken, can we still book you?
No.
Were you joking then?
Yes, yes ha ha. No problem. Most couples say the same thing. One of my main strengths is putting couples at ease in front of the camera (check here on how Loved Up), or alternatively I’ll sneak up on them while they’re laughing. Snap!
How long will it take for us to get the finished photos?
A few weeks if your wedding is in low season. In the summer though it can take about 8 weeks, defo no more than 10.
Do we have copyright of the photos?
Cheeky! All photographers own the copyright to the images they take. You will have full access to the high resolution digital files to download, keep, share, keep and print from.
Do you know you said “keep” twice in the last answer?
Yes I was making sure you were paying attention!
Are you insured, do you have back up equipment?
Yes I have full public liability and professional indemnity insurance through Hiscox. I have multiple Nikon cameras, lenses, cards, batteries and flashes. Safe.
Have you shot at our wedding venue before?
Maybe, I’ve covered over 200 weddings over the past few years. Popular venues I’ve shot at include: Shustoke Barns wedding venue, Hampton Court Castle, Ardencote Manor, Wootton Park, Moxhull Hall, Fazeley Studios, Walton Hall, Hogarths, Stone Manor, Stanbrook Abbey, Compton Verney, Mill Barns, Nuthurst Grange wedding venue, Highbury Hall, Swallows Nest Barn, Blackwell Grange, Curradine Barns, Ellenborough Park, Gorcott Hall, Hampton Manor, Moor Hall, Forest of Arden, Ashton Lodge, Warwick House, Mythe Barn, Hidden Hive, Welcombe, New Hall, Warwick Castle, Redhouse Barn, Mallory Court.
OK but what if you’ve never shot at our venue before?
I’ve shot many types of venue. Barns, castles, stately homes, fine and fancy hotels, country houses and private gardens. I’m sure I have enough experience to deal with all locations. If a particular venue was a real challenge I’d normally do a pre wedding visit.
Do you have any reviews from previous couples we can look at?
Yes and I really encourage you to check out these genuine kind words here. What I mean by genuine is that these were sent to me freely by the couples after seeing their photos, not as a reply to me asking for feedback! As in “Hey bride would you mind writing me a review for my website”? Bride, “Yeah sure, your photos were terrible”! What do you expect them to say!
Do you provide prints or albums?
Can you provide a photobooth?
I can’t but I do know a great company that can! Picture Blast are a leading photobooth hire company.
Do people actually read these FAQ sections?
I hope so I’ve spent flipping ages on this. Well done for getting this far though, as a reward you can have a £25 print voucher to spend on your gallery! Ask me.
Where can I read your Privacy Policy? This isn’t a FAQ but I have to put it somewhere!
Ooh I love it when you talk dirty to me! You can check my Privacy Policy here.
You didn’t answer the question I had in these FAQs?
Have you considered your question may not have been frequently asked?
Hey I thought I was asking the questions?
Eh no, it was me who just typed that question out. Hang on, who is now asking the questions me or you?
Right OK if you can get your people to get onto my people here with any specific questions then I’ll get my top bods onto it. Pronto!
OK last one. Can we have a gif like these two cool cats?
Only if it’s dark, there are light bulbs strung between trees and there are two of you! But yes something similar no problem. Giftastic
